This nutty sauce complements baked tofu, egg rolls, spring rolls or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
Preparation
In a small bowl, blend together all ingredients using a fork or small whisk.
Serving Suggestion
Use this sauce on baked tofu, egg rolls, spring rolls or chicken. Add ginger, Sriracha sauce or sesame oil for added flavor or spice.
