The traditional Paloma is made with tequila, grapefruit and lime, but this non-alcoholic version skips the tequila. Sweetened with a little honey and lightened with sparkling water, this is a refresher you can serve at brunch or after school.
Ingredients
- 2 cups grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice
Preparation
- In a pitcher, stir grapefruit juice and agave until mixed.
- Add lime and sparkling water and stir.
- Serve over ice.
Serving Suggestion
If you want to rim the glasses with salt for authenticity, dip each glass rim in lime juice, then coarse salt before adding the ice and paloma mixture.
