Claudia Broman likes to eat and loves co-ops. Her writing tends to be about food, simple living, and gardens. A food columnist for West Central Tribune, her articles have also appeared in Faith & Family, Organic Gardening, and Central Minnesota Women magazines. Informing her writing is time she's formerly spent as a publisher of an online news site, a marketing manager for the Chequamegon Food Co-op, a park ranger, a singer-songwriter, a wildland firefighter and an herbarium curator.
