As a young girl in the Assyrian villages near Mesopotamia, Atoria learned her family’s treasured recipes by watching her mother and grandmother bake flatbreads in a rustic hearth oven, transforming simple ingredients into something warm and nourishing. After immigrating to the United States, she couldn’t find bread of the same quality or authenticity, so she began baking her own at home. Soon, a dream took shape: to share the soft, flavorful breads of her youth with her new community. Today, her grandchildren proudly uphold that commitment, delivering uncompromising quality, authentic flavor, and family tradition to tables nationwide.
